Today’s Lifestyle Design is about creating sustainable happiness.  Isn’t that what we all want?  But as I’ve posted in the past, myriad of studies have shown that 50% of our happiness is genetic, 40% is our will to be happy (intentional happiness), and 10% is through success, wealth, material.  I found a great article that I wanted to share about the few things which lead to sustainable happiness, that 40% we can control without outside forces, just the forces in our head.  I’ve experienced these myself, and I have read quite a few books regarding happiness research throughout history, culture, economics and of course, psychology and neuroscience, to be officially called a happiness junky myself!
