Hey, everyone! Jim here. Today I’m sharing one of my recipes with you- hope you like it. Alongside the recipe we will also talk about the cost and explain how to break it down. We got all of this at our local farmer’s market and the discount rack at Stop and Shop. We break this down not based on the total cost of what we bought, but the total cost of what we use to make the meal. For example, when we went food shopping this week, we bought three red onions for a total of $0.85. So in using only half of one of those onions means its only $0.15 out of the meal cost for onion. The featured item in it is a spaghetti squash- a great no-carb alternative to pasta.
